The UV's aren't quite laid out correctly, as that is only the front of the model that has correct UV space, you need to cut the UV's up to unfold them correctly.
It's hard to explain on here, but you have to Planar map the model, then find a solution to how it could unfold, so select edges that would help it unfold and then cut them. Then you can unfold it and if it's done correctly it should unfold nicely and give you even UV's.
